Experience
I am able to assist students with the skills and concepts that appear in several math courses. I have previous experience tutoring students in Grade 11 & 12 calculus and advanced functions and Calculus I (University Level 1). I have taken classes, such as Calculus I (University, Level 1), Calculus II (University, Level 1), Linear Algebra I (University, Level 1), and Advanced Calculus (University, Level 2). These classes have given me experience with key concepts like vector calculus, line integrals, surface integrals, integral theorems, and partial differential equations. When students take part in 1-on-1 sessions, I am able to focus on their needs without having to accommodate other learners. I can work through the relevant skills at a pace that is right for the student, and I am able to use different teaching techniques to serve the needs of different learners.
