SAT - 2000 QUEST Honors student - experience working on multidisciplinary projects with students from the engineering and natural sciences schools. As a previous HR Manager, I was responsible for the training and onboarding of all new team members. This required me to really understand each new trainee's perspective on the material they were being trained on. Understanding how each person perceives new material is key to effectively teaching anything. I want to be a tutor because I believe there is no wrong way to teach and I want to help children grow and learn in a way that makes sense to them.
