Education
I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu - Las Vegas with a Certificate in Culinary Arts. During my school, I took up tutoring as a part-time job and fell in love with it. Which prompted a career change and another adventure back to school. I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics at Los Angeles Pierce College and plan on transferring to California State University of Northridge.
Experience
I worked at Mathnasium of Summerlin/Rhodes Ranch/Santa Monica as an Instructor for 3 1/2 years. I instructed students from K-12 up to Pre-Calculus. Math has always been my favorite subject. In high school I also took AP Calculus AB and BC and scored a 5 on both exams. I also have four younger siblings (10, 8, 7, 4 years old) whom I care for and aid in homework assignments. It's frustrating to work on a subject that's hard to understand but I will do my best to help you make sense of it all. :)
