Education

I am a junior studying in UCLA. I graduated from Reseda High School on the honors roll (4.1 GPA). My current GPA at UCLA is a 3.0 which is above the campus wide average GPA. I am currently working on becoming an International Development Studies major with a minor in education.

Experience

I used to be an AVID tutor for seventh graders. I received an SAT score of 1780. I received a 5 on the AP US History test and a 5 on the AP Spanish Language test. I received a 4 on the AP Macroeconomics test and a 4 as well on the AP Calculus BC test. Throughout all of my pre- college education I was enrolled in honors classes and was recognized as gifted since 4th grade. I want to be a tutor because I believe education is the key for success. I grew up around people who always struggled as saw how tutoring was very effective in helping them strive. I want to be the reason for someone improving their educational performance.
