I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree with High Honors in Art Studio from Wesleyan University in 2009, and a Masters in Fine Arts from University of California Irvine in 2015. I maintained a 4.0 in both my undergraduate and graduate education.
Experience
I have taught undergraduate Art Classes at UC Irvine in Sculpture, Drawing, and Painting for 3 and a half years. I was a Teaching Assistant for Art History and Arts and Culture classes for 3 years. I have also taught High School Sculpture and Ceramics at the Summer Academies in the Arts, and Set Design Classes at the Urban School in San Francisco. I taught a workshop in stop-motion animation at Wesleyan University. I have tutored Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Elementary Math, Speech Therapy, and given private Art lessons. My Math SAT score was a 700, and my SAT 2 in Spanish was a 700. I want to be a tutor because I am a dedicated educator, and I love helping people learn, especially in a one-on-one setting.
