I am currently a student at the El Camino Community College District, with the goal of obtaining a bachelor's degree in communicative disorders. I hope to eventually become a speech pathologist. I have five years of experience in the field of education, working with elementary and middle school children as well as my own colleagues. At present, I'm a special education assistant working with children with autism. The greatest quality I bring to tutoring is patience. I believe that every child is unique and learns in his or her own way. My job is to help my students learn at their own pace.I am available to tutor a variety of subjects, including middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, astronomy, reading, writing, public speaking, English, and American history. I can also help International Baccalaureate students with IB Philosophy HL.In my spare time, I enjoy playing & watching basketball, swimming, cycling, hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and working out.
