Experience
Was hired by my last high school to tutor after school 9-12 grades in math subjects. Have also had side tutoring jobs for family friends. I want to be a tutor because I love teaching kids new concepts and it's a great feeling once they comprehend it. There are at times when it gets tough trying to get a message through to a child and they don't understand it but I am patient and know what it's like to have a hard time in a certain subject. I believe and know every student has potential and as a tutor it's my job to teach what I can as best as possible in different methods while connecting with the child so they can learn and want to learn, and succeed. I have taken all Algebra classes, I am now taking Calculus 1 at my school. I have been in 3 math competitions.

I am a 19 year old young lady who dorms at Cal State Los Angeles. I love to run and hike. I love places and views that are full of nature. I enjoy spending my time at the beach and studying there. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and meeting new friends and sharing laughs. I am a huge jokester when it comes to friends I am comfortable with. I am an energetic and friendly person. I am from a small town so I am in love with living in a big city. I am a movie enthusiast and enjoy when I have time to relax and watch my favorite movies. I have 2 brothers whom I would do anything for. I am a very bright lady and work hard in everything I do.
