Education

I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in 2009 with a Major in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a Minor in Nanotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania. My senior research group worked on design and development of a High-Throughput Screening System for Testing a Patient's Resistance to Clopidogrel. I then earned my Master's Degree in Forensic Science-Criminalistics from the University of New Haven, where I conducted a thesis study on Developing a Novel Statistical Method of Analyzing Gunshot Residue Patterns through Image Analysis Software.

Experience

I have worked in the past as a substitute teacher in many different subject areas for grades K-12. I also work as a private tutor in Math, Science, English, and General Studies for a wide range of age groups. I scored 1480 on my SAT's (on the older 1600 point scale). In addition to teaching and education I worked for over five years as a scientist in a medical research lab at Yale University, which gave me invaluable hands on experience.
