I am currently a first year medical student at Keck-USC medical school. I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors in science and a 3.97 GPA. I was valedictorian of my high school as well.
Experience
I have three years of teaching experience as a teaching assistant for various science courses throughout college. I have tutored high school students in biology and history and love having the chance to help students achieve a greater understanding of their coursework. I consider myself to be a patient, social, and reliable person and loving working with students! I am available to help with homework, study for upcoming tests, or go over difficult topics.

Hobbies
When I am not studying for medical school I love cooking, running, hiking, playing board games with my family, doing yoga and exploring new restaurants. I also enjoy practicing my Spanish and learning as much as I can about the language. I am interested in a wide variety of fields, but in particular I am very passionate about the sciences. I was a nutritional science major in college and enjoy staying up to tune on recent medical research as well as conducting my own. I hope to specialize in endocrinology as a doctor and am passionate about researching new community-based approaches medical professionals can implement to reduce the incidence of obesity within our country.
