I earned my bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles and my master's degree at the University of Southern California. I still live in Los Angeles and I love it! I've worked as an educator for the past thirteen years, and teaching is the driving force in my life. I truly enjoy helping students to gain confidence in their subject matter, particularly in standardized and college entrance tests. Students looking to test into Advanced Placement are one group that I especially enjoy helping. I can also work with students seeking to improve their test scores on the ISEE, SAT, PSAT, SSAT, and CAHSEE. Not only can I help students improve their standardized test scores, I can also work with students who need tutoring in any level of Spanish, from introductory grammar to the SAT Subject Test for Spanish. I am also available to work with students who struggle in mathematics, from elementary school math to algebra. I can also help students with general reading comprehension and writing skills. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and camping.
