Education

I am currently a Liberal Studies Major at CSU Los Angeles and will be entering a teaching credential program as soon as I obtain my BA. I have a 4.0 for my coursework completed there and will graduate in Spring 2016.

Experience

I am currently employed with LAUSD as a teaching assistant for an elementary school. I am responsible for running small group phonics instruction with various grades. I ultimately want to become a teacher so tutoring experience can only help me move toward my goal. I also simply enjoy helping kids learn.

Hobbies

I spend the majority of my time in class at CSULA or working in my classes at the elementary school, but when I do have free time I love to be outdoors. I spend a lot of time hiking, at the beach or pretty much anywhere I can bring my dog!
