I attend Northwestern University in Evanston IL, where I study Film and Creative Writing with a specialty in screenwriting and marketing. I have a 3.9 GPA, I have been on the Dean's List for three years and I won an award in my department for excellence in scholarly writing. I went to Solon High School in Solon, Ohio, where I graduated with honors and was selected by a board of teachers and faculty to give our commencement speech.

Experience

I have tutored students in French and English, as well as college essay writing. I received a 2240 superscore on my SAT and a 33 on my ACT. I love to learn and I love to teach, I have a knack for making learning, especially writing, meaningful and fun. My specialty is working with high school students applying for college, but I can work with students of all ages and abilities. I took 10 AP classes in high school, and received enough AP credits to enter Northwestern as a sophomore.

Hobbies

In my free time I love to write, listen to music and play the guitar and bass. I also love crafting and sewing, and I like to run, hike, and bike. I have a good sense of humor and a lot of patience. I am very organized, and I've helped many high school students learn valuable organizational skills, in addition to classroom curriculum.
