Noah S.

Private tutor in Los Angeles, CA

Education

I attended California State University, Chico where I earned two concurrent bachelors degrees in Theater Arts and Political Science. I maintained a 3.3 gpa overall and a 3.6 gpa in my respective degrees despite participating in multiple extra curricular clubs and a holding down part time job.

Experience

I have tutored a wide spectrum of individuals from children as young as 5 to college aged adults. On the ACT, I received a 30 out of 36 which at the time was in the 93rd percentile of scores. I wish to be a tutor because I love working with students and tutoring/teaching often helps me solidify comprehension of a subject.

Hobbies

My interests are wide ranged and varied. The theatre will always hold a very large place in my heart. I write, direct, act, and produce theatre in the Los Angeles area in my free time. I also write and play music some of which I incorporate into my theatrical productions. Additionally, I write short stories and poetry which I often perform at open mic nights. I am an avid supporter of museums in Los Angeles and regularly visit the Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits as well as the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History. Recreational sports are also a huge part of my life. I play on several hockey teams, both on ice and roller.
