I recently graduated summa cum laude from SUNY New Paltz in New York with a degree in History and Spanish. I've worked tutoring and educating kids and young adults for most of my working life, and I look forward to teaching here in California. I have the most experience with the humanities: English and History all levels, as well as Spanish. This includes critical reading, all forms of essay writing, and creative writing. Expertise in the classics and Shakespeare. I always was a self educator, passionate about discovering the truth. I believe that education is the greatest tool to fight oppression in this world. Each and every student I've had has taught me something invaluable about my own experience, and I'm always eager to keep learning.
