Experience

The most rewarding experience of my college career at UCLA has been encouraging and helping other students. I am receiving a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Linguistics this June. My studies in Spanish have enabled me to privately tutor high school students in Spanish comprehension and grammar. I gained additional experience tutoring Spanish students in English during my studies in Madrid. I have experience volunteering at the local elementary schools in LA. My responsibilities there have included teaching reading, spelling, and performing arts.

I spent part of my spring break crocheting a baby blanket! I love to have interesting conversations about philosophy, linguistics, history, etc. with my fiance and friends. I also enjoy having Skype conversations with my Spanish friends in Spain.
