Tutoring is a great way for me to give back to my community, my university, and my family, who helped instill a love of learning in me from an early age. I also love to tutor because teaching others helps me understand my own academic subjects more thoroughly. I also love to see my students improve both their academic knowledge and their confidence as they reach and surpass their goals. I earned my bachelor's degree at the University of La Sabana, and my master's degree at Miami-Dade Community College. I love to help students who struggle with any level of Spanish. Whether a student needs basic grammar instruction or needs to brush up on conversational Spanish, I am here to help! I can also help students who want general help while preparing to learn a language, because study skills help in learning any new language - and many other subjects as well! Discovering new ideas should be everyone's passion, and I want to help people love the learning process. When I'm not giving back to my great community by working as a Spanish tutor, I enjoy classical music. I also love to garden, and I stay fit by playing tennis. I enjoy meeting new people, and learning a language is a great way to meet new people from different cultures.
