I presently have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Russian Literature. I received my degree from Columbia University in 2014. Most recently, I have worked part-time as a Medical Assistant for a dermatologist. I also worked part-time on a public health project that researched cessation methods for smoking. I have tutored a range of courses, and my favorite subject is Math. My family is Russian, and they believed in the need for children to have a strong academic footing in Math. For me, tutoring Math is quite gratifying. I always try to organize tutoring sessions so that time spent will be the most productive.I tutor a number of subjects including Algebra 1-4, Elementary Math, Pre-Calculus, Trig, Biology, Russian, and Writing. When not tutoring, I enjoy ceramics, reading, and hiking.
