I have a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Verona, Italy. My degree was focused on Literature and Philosophy. I began tutoring in college, offering help in Math, French (levels 1 through 3), English, and, of course, Italian. I can also help students with writing, literature, essay editing, and reading. After completing a Teaching English as a Foreign Language course about six years ago, I began tutoring and teaching English in L.A., adding ESL and ELL to my tutoring repertoire. I have found that when I help someone acquire a second language, it becomes a construct for us to share different traditions and different cultures. Learning a new language also becomes an opportunity to increase both your private and professional networks. Without question, if one wants to improve their quality of life, they must obtain a quality education. I work hard to imprint this importance and appreciation for knowledge on to those that I tutor. From a personal perspective, I like to read books, run, exercise, and listen to music. I also enjoy visiting new gallery exhibits and the never ending process of learning something new and creative. Photography is one of my favorites.
