I attended the University of Chicago, where I earned my degree in political science. I took additional courses in philosophy and literature. What I like most about being a tutor is helping students find success after putting in the effort to achieve their goals. My favorite subjects for tutoring are test preparation for the SAT and the GRE. The reason I like these so much is because scoring well provides huge opportunities for students, and everyone should have the chance to achieve that. I was on the debate team in college and high school, and as such, I enjoy talking students through the logic of standardized tests. I want to help students build the mental stamina and the awareness needed to stick out the entire test and get every possible answer right.
