Experience
I've tutored and taught students for 15 years. The thing that makes me different from other tutors is that I've had the opportunity to teach in many different environments with students from wide array of cultural and educational backgrounds. My teaching strategies are effective in helping every student I work with find success. I have worked with students with learning disabilities as well as with students who were gifted. I specialize in sciences, but I'm comfortable tutoring any middle school subject. I love tutoring, because I get to assist with and see students make progress in their learning and as people in real time. I work hard, stay organized, and bring effective and efficient sessions to my students. When I have spare time, I volunteer with animal rescue groups. I also enjoy cooking, trying new foods, and rollerblading at the beach. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in elementary and middle school math topics, anatomy and physiology, biology, and chemistry.
