During my high school year I was a facilitator I managed a group of 4-5 students and would make sure they would learn what is being taught and understand the material. I would encourage them to not give up and think outside the box. I use to to tutor my sister she was in 5th grade and had trouble understanding the material so I had to explain it to her in a different way in any way possible to understand I would like to be a tutor because no child should act like if they know the material when in reality they do not. I took leadership classes during high school as swell along with also being ambassador
