Experience
I previously worked as an elementary teacher in public schools and as a high school English teacher in public schools. As an elementary teacher I also taught in after-school tutoring programs. My SAT score was 1160. I received an AP Spanish score of 4, and AP History score of 5, and an AP English score of 4. I left the teaching profession to pursue other personal interests, especially writing and to assist my partner with his business. However, I have discovered over the past 7 months that I miss teaching and working with students. I believe this tutoring opportunity will allow me to reach out to students who need academic assistance in an environment that suits my current needs.
