Experience

PERFECT SCORING TUTOR! 2400/2400 recent SAT test score 99+ percentile on test out of 1600 (when I was in HS) I've scored perfectly on the SAT, ACT, PSAT and GRE Math Sections. Please note, my current rates start at $170/hour. I have worked for multiple education companies throughout the Los Angeles area teaching numerous subjects to students from ages 8-48, who have attended everywhere from LA and Beverly Hills public schools, to private schools such as Marlborough, Harvard Westlake, Pilgrim, Mirman, Buckley, and Crossroads. I have also been a curriculum writer, writing SAT prep curriculum as well as debate and reading curriculum, for three different education companies. I currently contract work through two online education / in home tutoring companies, but also work with clients directly. I am a seasoned professional with SAT prep-- I've seen how several companies teach, I've worked with most every published SAT prep book available, and I know what works best and how to get results. I also regularly teach ACT & GRE (all sections) and ISEE/SSAT prep, as well as many other subjects (see below) --- and also help students prepare college or high school applications. Hobbies

I graduated with honors in American Studies from Stanford University in 2002, and completed an MFA in Cinematic Arts from USC in 2008. Though my academic background weighs heavily toward writing and verbal, I naturally excel in mathematics, and am comfortable teaching that as well (my mom was a math teacher-- so I used to it. And I was on the state championship math team in high school).
