Experience
Three years tutoring experience in writing (all subjects), English, and literature. My former and currents students include those from UCLA, Pasadena College, Santa Monica College, USC, and Loyola Marymount, as well as high school. All get A's on papers I've helped them with. I am a published writer (online and hard copy national media). I am a screenwriter featured at Cannes International Film Festival. I take an individualized approach to my tutoring students. I figure out how a student thinks, learns, and organizes information. I then tailor my tutoring to each student to get the best out of them. For example, many of my students are great at mathematics, but tend to have difficulty putting words on paper and forming flowing, cohesive sentences. I work with these students on recognizing and strengthening the "Left Brain" attributes in good writing, such as organization, logical build of arguments, and parallel structures.
