I am available to tutor all subjects including Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Science, & Computer courses (K1-12 plus college-levels). Also have extensive experience with test prep (e.g. PSATs, ACTs, SATs, ISEE, SSAT, GRE and GMAT) and homeschooling. Foundation work and reading comprehension improvement programs. I have 20+ years experience. Flexible schedule/online location plus reasonable rates. I do come up with a plan to address the specific issues of each student with result-driven solutions. I love coming up with different methods to explain or teach material to people. For me - it's seeing the angst and frustration evident in a student who truly believes that they will never get it and the moment when the light bulb comes on and the connection is made! I have more than 20+ years worth of experience tutoring in multiple subjects and the two most important lessons that I have learnt is "always make it fun" and "always engage the pupil". I have undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Computer Engineering and an MBA too. If you are struggling with a particular concept or idea - my end goal is to provide clarity. Tutoring times are flexible with online options (fully interactive with whiteboard and secure access). I do have experience with all ages - elementary, middle school, high school, college and folks returning to the classroom.
