Currently, I am working at Global Launch at Arizona State University as a language assistant. My job's primary responsibilities are student-facing and working with English language learners to develop their confidence and English language skills through various extracurricular learning activities and social events. My duties include being the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for events, intermingling and supporting students through interactions at all stages of the activities, finding resolutions to issues and questions, creating excitement about events, and promoting a fun learning environment. I took advantage of my expertise in psychology and Learning Science to properly dealing with all kinds of students, helping them achieve academic success in university. I am tutoring one adult in business Chinese and Chinese culture for two month (once a week). My other client is a 7-years-old girl who is learning Chinese for developing a global mindset, and I tutor her for one month and be her babysitter as well (once a week).
