I have over 20 years experience as an appellate lawyer in the criminal prosecution section of a government agency. I have researched and written briefs for every level of state and federal court in California. I have 30 published cases in state and federal courts. In addition, I have argued more than 50 times in the California Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit combined. I currently also work as an adjunct professor at a local community college in their paralegal program.
