I have taught full time for seven years in both high school and middle school. I received my Professional Clear - Social Science Credential from Long Beach State University. I received a M.A. in Education at Pepperdine University with a 3.94 GPA. I received a B.A. in History from Loyola Marymount University.
Experience
I taught full time for seven years. I taught both High School and Middle School. I also spent several years as a substitute teacher in elementary school. I have taught both World History and US History, I majored in History in college where I received my B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. I also received an M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University where I graduated with a 3.94 GPA. I have always very much enjoyed teaching and working with students, but after seven years the politics and bureaucracy of full time teaching became a bit too much. I still very much miss working with students and helping them fulfill their academic dreams.

Hobbies
Besides love to teach students I also very much enjoy sports. I am a huge Dodger and Laker fan. Now if I was just able to watch the Dodgers on tv I would be very happy. At the age of 13, I saw Kirk Gibson hit that homerun that beat the A's in game one of the 1988 World Series. A memory I will never forget. I love to read both fiction and non fiction. I do my best to read a book every two month. I also enjoy keeping up with current events that our shaping our society and our lives. I do that by reading books, newspapers, the internet and magazines.
