Beyond tutoring, I have had experience coaching volleyball and mentoring teens as they balance school and a career in modeling. I have and continue to hone my ability to communicate information and make it stick.

Hobbies
I read about 50 books a year, and enjoy both fiction and non-fiction. I LOVE reading and writing (and talking about it) and think doing both well is crucial to success in school and learning after one’s formal education is finished. Sometimes I think people can underestimate their ability to learn and grow – we are capable of more than we think! Food-enthusiast - just completed my first cookbook, which included delicious recipes tailored to benefit your brain! ("Brainfood Kitchen Does Lunch" http://amzn.to/2j68kO1) I play guitar, ukulele, and sing; love to travel; volleyball enthusiast and former player. Looking forward to helping others achieve success!
