I earned my Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). In addition, while attending college, I tutored students in Physics, Chemistry, and Physical Science on an individual basis. I have significant experience tutoring in nearly all areas of math, such as Algebra I, Precalculus, Calculus I--III, Advanced Placement Calculus AB, Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Geometry, Finite Mathematics, Elementary and Middle School Math, and Trigonometry. My approach to tutoring is centered around the philosophy that all learners grasp concepts differently; some learn more quickly or slowly, while others require more individualized approaches. I am highly adaptable to multiple ability levels. It has always been my intent to create an interesting and motivating experience for the students that I tutor. Aside from tutoring, I really enjoy being outdoors with nature, studying the arts (particularly painting and drawing), watching movies, and listening to music.
