I am a French native speaker from Paris and I hold a BA in English and a Master’s Degree in Journalism and Communications from La Sorbonne Nouvelle. I started teaching French when I moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and I have never stopped. I have a strong knowledge of grammar and practice great techniques to improve French pronunciation, as well as to memorise French vocabulary. Armed with experience and know-how, I assess each individual student’s needs and tailor lessons accordingly. My students typically achieve excellent results in terms of grammar, vocabulary, writing (essays) and oral fluency. I give conversation classes to improve oral understanding to watch movies or to carry conversation and I also prepare clients before their trip to France (from hotel reservation to places to visit and where to eat, how to place an order in restaurant....) Previous to that, I used to work in a news agency in Paris. I go to Paris twice a year, so all the information that i give for trip preparation are regularly updated.
